Return Policy Overview
Return Window:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
Condition:
Items must be returned in original condition.
Products may be tried on as you would in a retail store, but they must not be worn beyond fitting purposes. Items must not show signs of washing, damage, stains, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or strong odors.
All original tags and packaging must be included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the these conditions.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within the return window.

This return and refund policy applies to purchases made in the United States.
Return Costs
For Defective Products:
There is no cost to the customer if the product is incorrect, damaged during transit, or defective in any way.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs directly to the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Return an Item
Step 1 – Contact Us:
Email our support team at support@skye-la.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions:
We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3 – Pack & Ship:
Securely pack the item (including all accessories and manuals) and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
Return instructions will include the specific return address for our US processing center.
Refund Process
Inspection Time:
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to inspect your returned item once it arrives at our facility.
Refund Issuance:
Once approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method.
Bank Processing:
Please allow 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
